Lcd swap

I have a 2009 Dodge ram sport with the steering wheel controls for the radio. Can I buy an lcd nav head unit and put it in my truck? Is the wiring there and will the steering wheel controls work? will the nav work?

You have to get the special wire harness for that. I think crutchfield carries it.
