Leaning tower of leaks

Hey guys.. it’s an old question but I replaced the intake/exhaust gasket.. it will not stop leaking exhaust.. any tips or anything would be appreciated greatly thanks

Also has a “rebuilt carb” and wont start either.. it runs for a bit then quits.. then just turns until i pull the plugs and dry them off..
