led marker lights

what led lights can i use so it won't mess with the radio? i get some interferance from the head lights ... but the orange marker/turn lights kill it all together. i would like to use my color switch back turn signal lights but had them in my lady's jeep and killed the radio in hers so i have no reson to think it would be any different in my ram. ...... thanks

I used the Sylvania Zevo LEDS in my clearance, CHMSL & cargo lights without any issues
