LED tail light swap

Are the stock LED tail lights from a Laramie a direct swap with standard tail lights (plug and play)? I want them on my Tradesman.

You need this adaptor:

As stated above, you need the wiring harness adapter from Retroshop to make them work. Other than that they'll bolt directly in.
