I got a 2000 5.9 24v I have a Fass lift pump under the bed by fuel tank . The stock life pump on block was disconnected and I bought an aftermarket lift pump to replace. Can I run both lift pumps??? If so how to I go about doing so???

If your already running FASS lift pump, why would you want to run a second one?
I doubt your making enough HP to warrant anything more than what that FASS lift pump can supply.

You need to check if the FASS is losing voltage causing the pump to short cycle. Could be a bad ground or wiring connection.
