Is it just me or is that tire look to small for that rim.

That's also an Arturo trail blade M/T which run narrow. The spec is 12.50 but it really runs 10.5-11

Zone 6/5" with bils up front. Eventually adding 1.5" BL and moving up to a 37/12.50
