On moes I seen a oem mopar limited slip diff was wondering if they made an oem diff that's not limited slip or if I can lock up my limited slip

Are you looking for an open diff or a locker? There is no oe locker for your 1500.

The limited slip is what your looking for then, its a posi, you dont want a full locker on a daily driver

limited slip is your answer. a locker would be really nice(especially for the front) but they don't exist on the 1500

NO.........what he's saying is your only choice is a limited slip.......they don't make anything else for your truck.

And why not ? I've had one in my DDs for 17-18 of the last 20 yrs, and have had no issues with them other than tire squall if my foot gets itchy when turning.

I agree. It is no big deal. Drove my cherokee daily for 4 years before I got my ram and it was locked front and rear. But it may not be for everyone.
