well, here is a list of what I wanna do. If you guys have cheap or DIY ways of doing such list, it would be muchly appreciated.

1. go from a single exhaust to a true dual exhaust
2. get an ait intake (done)
3. get a roll bar for it along with lights for it and my brush guard (on hold) i have a camper shell on it for the move
4. stick a double din stereo deck in it along with a system (done but went with a single din deck that has all the bells and whistles
5. change out the interior in accent the exterior color
6. Put a bed liner in (done)
7. Get new headlights and taillights

That's what i have in mind so far, but as I see others mod their 2nd gens, I just might go with that. Or any other ideas that you guys come up with, I'm open to anything, just nothing TOOOOO crazy, lol

I can save you some money. Don't go with True Duals. There is absolutely NO reason for em. Just use 3" pipe from cat to muffler, then a dual out muffler for the looks.

Run a 10x2 generic round paper air filter from Checkers, save yourself there too.

I also highly recommend an electric fan on the Magnum motors. It made a notable improvement in overall power and mileage on my past 2 Rams, and my Dad's ram as well.

Also, avoid the Ebay projector headlights, they are pure crap (IMO). The light output from my yellowed stock lights was better! There are some nice 1 and 2 piece setups out there.

I miss my Gen II...

I agree with this except for the filter size...I'm a believer in 14x3's plus the filters are easier to find.
I'd also spend your money on a good tuner before even considering a lot of other mods.

I just got and installed the a Spectre CAI today. Sounds really nice and actually increased my MPG a bit.

I agree they are more common, but sometimes the 3" tall filter has fitment issues.

I use to have a 2nd gen sport. I knew a guy that had one of those old game and fish com. Chevys he bought and it came with the role bar in it and I talked him out of it for free. I added a few inches of pipe to the back and it looked good. Might be a cheap option for you. Also think some side steps would look good on it.

I agree the projector lights are not as good as billed. CAI sounds great. New headers make a huge differance as do high flow exhaust. New shocks and leafs really tightEn thE ride.
Instead of a DIN I went with the pioneer single with pop up screen. So far so good.

True duals make it louder than any other x h or y pipe that's about it. More expensive too but I love mine.
