So i got a reg cab 2wd with a intake and trinity. The truck is sitting on 305/45/22 tires. The truck spins pretty good off the line without leaving off the break witch is making me worried about installing my torque convertor and 4:10 gears. I plan on doing the lsd with the gears as well. Am i going to be able to launch this thing!?

upgrading to LSD will help tremendously. If you're tracking it, consider some slicks.

With 4.10's and a tq converter, traction on street tires is going to be tough. You will learn how to launch on the street to avoid too much tire spin, but slicks or drag radials will definitely be needed for the track.

You shouldn't expect to get traction with street tires ON the street.

So, yeah you're going to have a nice smoke machine until you get some tires. lol

It will hook up a bit better with the LSD but what will really help is a set of DOT approved slicks on the back at the track. Out on the street...well...not so much.
