Prefacing this by saying I haven't even attempted to tear into yet.

How do I get to the dash speakers to change them out?

How does the stereo/trim come apart to pull stereo to install lock pick? I've got the touch screen head unit. I read that there are two screws under the Dodge tray to remove the bezel?

For the dash speakers, just stick a small flathead screwdriver under the corner of the speaker grill and pop the grill off. It only snaps in.

For the bezel, after you remove the two screws under the rubber bottom of the Dodge tray, the dash bezel just pulls out. It's tight though, try pulling from the bottom first.

If you're replacing the dash speakers, I highly recommend getting the Crutchfield speaker harness adapters. The factory speaker wires are short and it's a tight spot under the windshield to try and splice.

There are two different threads in the how to section. If I wasn't on my phone I would get the links for you

Are the Crutchfield harness adapters universal or specific to our trucks?

Installing lock pick. I do not have factory nav. Is that why no white harness in the back of my stereo?
