I have a 04 1500 qc 4x4 and i am looking to lift it 2 inches. Just wondering what a good brand of torsion keys are and if i should go with blocks or an add a leaf in the back? How big of tires could I run with 2 inches of lift? Please let me know what you guys are running for a lift and how its working.

I ran Skyjackers for a short time on my 04, the 05 just has the Tbars cranked up and made 2" with no issues.

Don't bother with aftermarket keys they are just a waste of money. I would crank your stock keys to get the 2" that you are looking for. The Add-a-leafs will give you about 1.5" of lift in the rear, and the blocks will of course add 2" (or whatever size you get).
With 2" you can fit 35's, but I would probably stick closer to 33's.

04 4wd trucks had torsion bar suspension so a spacer wouldn't work in his case. 06+ came with coil springs like the 2wd trucks.
