Looking for a certain set of wheels

I can't figure out what wheel this is. I saw it on a different forum one day and have searched for it with no luck, plus the post was from 2008. Any help would be great.

Looks like an "ultra" center cap.

It's not ultra, at least not a current one.

Pretty sure those are Discount Tire "Rage" or "Vtek" brand wheels from 2008.
