Looking for a part number...

I want to install hids but if I don't like them I want to be able to put the stock bulbs back in. I know installing hids in my 2011 I need to drill holes in those plugs/ caps/ seals for the hid wires.

My question is, does anyone know the part number or where to purchase those plugs/ caps/ seals?

they aren't sold by themselves by the dealer either........

Called a couple salvage yards and they don't keep/ stock any small parts like that...."we probably have tossed 100 of those caps".

If anyone comes across a set of these please let me know. Thanks in advanced!
