Hey guys!

Got my integrated trailer brake controller installed yesterday, and programmed with Alfa today. WHen I first installed everything, all of my lights worked (even the ITBC, before I programmed it)

I stopped, grabbed a shower be cause I had to go into town, and noticed that my steering wheel controls were dark, as well as my ITBC. None of my steering wheel controls work, save for my gear selector and cruise controls on R side. None of my volume, track change, directional keys or voice controls work.

Any ideas??? Any chance I could have knocked a plug loose? Gonna go back under the dash and look, but the only thing I did do was remove some wiring the PO had tried to install for some bed lights. I clipped everything I could find, and pulled the rest out of the floor and firewall.

There would be no reason for the controls to just stop working just by installing the Trailer Brake control. As long as all you enabled were the correct trailer brake settings listed in the first post of the Alfa OBD thread under (Known Working Codes) you shouldn't have any issues. As long as you're sure that's all you did I would lean more towards either you inadvertently cut some of the wires that run you your steering wheel or pulled apart a wire or connector.

Check the fuse: F87 ATR 10 amp ITBM module
That also feeds the Steering Column Control Module.

thanks fellas! I'll def check the fuse. I didn't see anything that could have gotten cut, and I didn't cut anything anywhere near the harness to the steering wheel. The only thing I clipped was a wire spliced into one of the footwell lights. No pulling, just snipped it at the splice. Light still works. *shrug*

Fuse is intact. Swapped 10a fuses, and no change. * scratches head
