Hello, I’m posting here for some insight. Engaged 4wd with selector. 4wd light flashed and kept flashing. It was still locked in as truck would not break just the rears lose. But would not disengage with selector. I turned truck off with selector back on 2wd. Restarted the truck put it in neutral, went to 4low, it locked it fully no flashing light, and it works. However now the the truck is stuck in 4low. I put a new actuator on it nothing. The motor does not rotate when you select between 2wd to 4wd to 4low. Pulled codes with snap on scanner, “lost coms to TTCM/DTCM”
I’m stumped and was hoping for some insight. I’m a diesel mechanic so pretty well rounded when it comes to doing my own work. I’m In Alaska so shop rates are through the roof. So would rather do some diag/work myself with some More direction from people that know these trucks better than I do. Thank you and god bless.
