ORIGINAL RA1 Radio

About 2 1/2 years ago I installed audio controls on the wheel , mirror with microphones , backup cam and an RA2 , shortly after that I installed an RA4CA , then shortly after that I installed a 2015 RA4NA that had voice texting that worked like a champ .
I've had this 15 RA4 for over a year with zero issues to include the voice texting .

I use the voice texting sometimes daily imo I works fantastic when working .

A few months ago I lost voice texting . So damn annoying , now while driving and I receive a text I've gotta call the person back .

Any thoughts on how I can get this back ?

Soft reboot , factory reset ? Or is there just no getting it back ?

Thanks for any response [emoji106]

I am no help but there have been a few threads on this if i remember right! FYI I am a 65 y/o Old Fart lol so memory is not great :O But in the radio set up screen there is a box that needs to be checked or maybe check the setting on your phone ! At times updates shut things off ! Hopefully a Techie will chime in with a better answer ! I will search see if I can find the thread and repost if I find it! Now I have to check my radio to see if it still works lol

Thanks guys !
@Mpg , I'm assuming I can't just remove and reinstall it in my truck ?

Maybe remove the radio , disconnect the battery overnight , reinstall the radio then reconnect the battery . Or reconnect the battery go to run position for a few mins then off , then disconnect the battery , reinstall the radio . Would it ask for the code again then ?
