Loud whistle noise

Hey all, just had a K&N CAI put on, after a couple days of driving started noticing a loud annoying whistle sound coming from the engine. Thought it was a belt at first but the noise continues for about 5-10 seconds after I shut the truck off. Noise also goes away when I accelerate quickly. I took it back to where I had the intake put on and they put a different hose on b/c the other one was slightly crimped b/c of the angle, they thought that was the problem but it wasn't. Anyone had this problem? What was causing it? Taking it in to the dealer Monday.
