As far as #4 goes, if it's not too late, have them just remove them. I had them replaced (under warranty also) and when I went to look at them, they did a crappy job so I asked to remove them. They said ok. No more headaches and it looks better, imo.

Finally the whine noise is gone. Fan clutch was the culprit. The tech said he couldn’t duplicate it. Thank goodness for YouTube. Found a video of one making the same noise as mine.
Also, got approval for radio replacement for intermittent no sound and not holding XM presets. Hopefully it’ll be in next week.
Right side mode door was replaced for wind/whistle noise.
Keeping fingers crossed that the rep will approve drivers seat cover replacement for premature wear.

Finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. I’m so ready to enjoy this truck!!!
