If you turn the AC off and use the fan setting for outside air does the airflow improve? You can also try the heater. Does the airflow improve if you put the heat on high? If airflow doesn’t improve it’s most likely a blend door issue.

It's possible a plugged up evap coil from no air filter, feel the suction line going back to the compressor it will be excessively cold while running.
The Gen4 trucks do seem to have lower air velocities, don't confuse that with a low volume. There's been quite a few complaints of people stating low airflow, when it's actually low velocity.

No filter could be the problem also -- dirt gets into the mechanism.

FYI: All the air goes through the evaporator coil whether the heat is on or not. Only the heating coil is bypassed by a blend door.

Even on the non automatic climate control systems?

Any quick fixes to see and possibly try to clean the evaporator? I had to do this on my chevy and i don't want to do this again... it's also like having a small fan infront of you on the lowest setting.. lol can only feel it basically by your hand

Also this truck is 278k miles so it's possible the evap is completely clogged, the last owner trashed this truck and inside was muddy/dirty as he'll. I'm going to look up see if I can cut a slit into the box and clean it and add a filter

If you get allot of condensation from the evaporator, this means the system is working, sounds like there is allot of Depre on the coils of the evaporator I would try to clean it and install a cabin air filter you can buy the kit to do so.

Doesn't matter whether it has automatic multizone or not, all the air goes through the evaporator coil. All automotive HVAC systems are like this.

I think some members have reported pulling the blower motor out of the way to get a better view/access to the evaporator coil.

Will try this Friday. Saw a video where someone cut into the box and melted it back together after cleaning it

Are your blend doors functioning properly, it might be an air flow problem?

Without a Cabin filter you could have a bunch of debris clogging up the system.
There is an aftermarket kit available to retrofit a cabin filter. I did it on my 2016
and it was fairly simple. Youtube has a video. Once you solve the problem I would
highly recommend the aftermarket kit.

More than likely a broke blend door. Usually don’t have to pull dash. Under pas side pull blower out. Reach up through hole if blend door is on top of the blower hole & flops around it’s broke. They sell a kit you can use blend door & blend driver (motor) from to repair/replace. Parts store is more than dealer for this . Or you can glue or screw door back up to firewall. Just don’t leave it out or it’s always outside air.
