i have a 2018 Express 4x4 QC. I am having a hard time deciding if I want to lower or lift it. 4x4 only gets used when it snows.

How much are you guys lowering 4x4s and with what? What size tires? What’s the lowest I can go on the stock 20s with the stock tires?

I have a 86 s10 blazer that is lowered probably 5/6. Has about a 4-5” of ground clearance so I am not new to lowering, just new to lowering 4x4 rams.

You already have a lowered truck. I say lift the ram.

I’m leaning towards a lift, just exploring options. Lol.

Blazer is getting sold in Spring probably. Haven’t driven it in about 6 years.

Truth be told, I would have said lift it even if you didn't already have a lowered truck. Lol Like DarthMegaHD sad, lowering is for 2wd.

This is a 4x4 lowered 2'' in the rear. Still factory height in the front sitting on 22'' wheels.

You can have the best of both worlds. I used my 4 wheel drive this weekend to get me out of a tough spot.

I'll be doing the exact same to my 2017 4x4 later this spring. Want it leveled and don't like the looks of the stock size tires with the 2" lift in the front (and have almost brand new tires with an 80,000 mile warranty :))

I kept my old rear springs so if I ever want to lift the front and put 35'' tires on it, I can.

Same plan I have! I figure I'll get about 2 years out of the new tires and I'll be ready to switch it up anyway.

Mine is a 16 with 2" front 4" rear drop.. 4x4 still works, still tons of clearance..... Stock tire size in the winter and 305/45XL24 in the summer which is same OD as stock size..

Do it.

Its groundforce 2" front springs and 4 Belltech rear springs... But since then I believe Belltech has an entire 2/4" kit for 4x4's now so thats the way I'd go if I did it again.
