lowering or leveling? where can i get 20 in steel wheels

I'm debating on putting a 2/4 drop kit on my 09 Quad cab, and also instead of spending the extra money on high dollar aftermarket wheels,i want to put a set of the 20 in OEM steel wheels. I would like to find out where to find those wheels and also info on wheel/tire fitment with the drop kit. Any info is appreciated.

Did Ram even put on a 20" steel wheel from the factory? All I am seeing is 17" steel wheels.
