Lumbar support failure

I have lumbar support (bags) in each seat and they are inoperational - both. Each are in the filled status and we cannot deflate. I checked fuse and connections under seat. Any ideas where I go next - other than the local Dodge dealer.

9/10 its the switch... i pulled mine apart and bent the contacts and it fixed it..you may have the same issue

Chris Thank you -- - I will check the switches. Lumbar supports for both sides are fully inflated and neither side can be operated either inflating or deflating?
