Just got my truck and threw this system on. played a bit to line the tips up just right, but it went on straight forward. This system looks awsome!!! Tips look right at home on the truck and are some of the prettiest tips I have ever seen, 5"!!
It sounds deeeep!! Very bassy. no rasp or snap, just a low guteral growl. I read lots of feedback all over here about the Maggie's, 14", 18", 24', and admit I was slightly wondering if it would sound loud enough over stock. Well, for me personally, I would never even dare go to an 18" even. This is right at the line for too loud, it's just right. Maybe I'm getting older (I refuse to believe that, I will always act like a child :)) but any louder and I would have to change the muffler out or something. I have noticed zero drone with the mds, and I have been driving the truck like a nun, still breking it in. As the miles get on this system it will get a bit louder, but I am ok knowing this.
The system as a whole, the sound and the tips, give the truck a sweet personality. Very glad I got this system. I already have experience with Magnaflow so knew going in it would be a quality system. Owning it just secures my opinion even more.

When you pull the tips out of the box they are almost overwhelming, you think they may be too big, almost diesel like. But when they are on the truck, you see Magnaflow hit a homerun, they look perfect on there. Not stock, but not strangely large. Just like was said, just "bad ass".
