My 07 dodge 4.7 just hit 73k, and is still running good. The only maintenance which I do myself is oil, oil filter, air filter, and plugs. I had the power steering pump replaced a while back and I was just wondering at this point what else should I be lookin at to cleanup maybe even replace?

If you are looking at the engine for maintenance, I would say don,t try and fix anything that doesn't require it.

Throttle body clean up, transmission oil, differential oil, transfer case if you have a 4x4 are all regular maintenance items that can be done easily.

O2 sensor can help with keeping the engine running at peak efficiency, and are fairly easy to replace.

If you feel you have a lose end under the truck you may have a good look at all bushings, steering and suspension parts.

Hope these give you ideas on what can be looked at and have fun doing anything on your ride.
