Manifold bolts breaking Every 30k

05 2500 Hemi driver side manifold bolts are breaking often. The previous owner had new manifolds installed just before I bought it. 30k later the broke and I replaced them. This weekend I heard the noise again! Time for a new manifold? I'd like a permanent fix so please make suggestions.

If you want to keep the stock manifolds you might consider getting the manifolds ceramic coated inside and out. Helps with the heat and expansion. If your not stuck on the stock manifolds then get some ceramic coated shorties.

I've found the OEM gaskets to seat the best and use a combination of studs and high quality bolts. I've never had a issue using aftermarket headers.

Good tips in both posts above. Cast iron on aluminum will stretch and break even the highest quality hardware over time

Possibly my success is due to having headers and the flanges being able to flex do better than the cast oem headers. And of course quality fasteners is always a plus.
