Maybe engine problem

I got a 04 ram with 97k and this noise come around 96k and the only time u here went I turn then with I drive it after 1100 RPM u don't hear it but went I stop u hear again

It seems to be more of a rattly tickiy thud...... I have not come across this type of noise in my searches for engine ticks. But i would suggest it is not it the valves or timing chain or lash adjusters.

Where does the noise seem to come from? Sides, top or bottom??

This tick went away when i took out the rocker on the drivers side front cylinder intake valve. So valve train tick.

My 2 cents worth. Dont know if any of this helps....

Could be an exhaust manifold leak, check for a loose or broken exhaust manifold bolt. If you've been driving it like that for 1,000 miles it can't be anything too serious.
