Mirrors/ Who can Help?

Ok I have an interest in a set of mirrors from one of our own here.
My deilema, I have Heated and power adjust only, the set Im looking at have the puddle lamp.
I opened my door panel to see what module I had and I have an open slot for a 10 pin connector. I believe it to be where the white connector would go.
My question is has anyone added mirrors that came withthe white plud as well as the back and never had it on the old set but it worked when used? Or does it require a flash activation?

Also How much can this perform. Could I be looking for power fold mirrors as well and they too should work if I get the right switch panel for the door?

To me it looks like everything is in place to just add on.

Not sure on the puddle lamps. I would think could be wired to the interior light plug behind the headlights switch for power.


Here's some info on the adding the power fold mirrors. It's possible but not cheap.

First of all, make sure that these mirrors are coming off of a 2013-2014 truck, as the temperature sensor was moved to the driver mirror in 2013. A mirror from previous years will not have that. Second. from what I understand, all you will need is a flash to make the puddle and turn signal lamps work. For power fold mirrors, you will need the mirrors and their corresponding door modules included with them to swap out. Then a flash will make them work. There are multiple threads regarding these two topics, do a search and you will find them. Hope this helps...

Not sure if this helps but this is the module on the drivers side door says
DM-FL and the Part Number is *P68155771AD*

If anyone can add anything to this number let me know.
I will check on the Mirror year of the ones Im looking at.
