Missing solder on 4wd selector module

Anyone else seen anything like this?

This is the board from my 4wd selector switch. When I was taking it apart 2 of the pins fell out because they were never soldered!

I had an RX-8 that I had to pull out the heater board and heat up the solder on a bunch of connections. Known issue that many many of them had.

Messed up thing is there was no solder to reflow, no flux, nothing.

Yeah... hopefully there aren't more instances like this in critical places
