One question matt will this mod without a tune richen or lean out a truck??

This is why I want to get 1 on a stock truck before putting them on the site. The guy that posted the review and Kevin both have extensive mods and a tuner, so their results may be different from a stock truck with stock tuning. In theory, the extra airflow should lean it up a little, but you know how crazy these computers are.

yea they are pretty crazy but if it leans it out and tuning takes much longer this would really help me out alot because these headers are killing my power like crazy

Well, that was fast. Another member here with a stock PW has agreed to give it a shot. If we can show gains on a heavy bone stock PW, then this mod is like gold.

I will keep everyone posted. I am going to go ahead and get started on porting a run of these though. If anything, we know it is going to show results for the modded guys. If you are stock or have stock tuning, I would hold off on ordering until we know how it will react on the stock trucks.

I am porting a batch of 5 right now which are all spoken for, so I'm expecting to have more in 2 weeks. Once I know I have a decent amount in stock, I will add these to the website. I dont want people to order and then be stuck waiting for them to ship.

do you think the 87 will work well for my truck? i don't have a lot of mods, currently just a hemifever tune, vavaram intake, fastman 85MM TB and magnaflow exhaust.... but in the very near future some BBK headers, raceland cutout and 2600 stall. do you think the 87MM will work well on what my set up will be? didn't know if the 87MM would work better on a truck with a different CAM, heads, etc,

i believe the one it was tested on had neither aftermarket cam or heads

Like mentioned, the truck that tested the 87 had full boltons and a tuner, but he is still running stock heads and cam. I have 5 of these being ported as we speak, but they are already spoken for. Next batch will be ready in 2 weeks, and I will be ported 10 on that run.

3 are going our for testing on stock trucks, 1 is for a customer with a heavily modified truck, and the other is for this crazy local guy that keeps bugging me about upgrading from his 85mm
