Did the install by the book but not receiving any video only a black screen and check surroundings. Per the instruction for 2011 I have WT/LG soldered to the sending wire, my question is my truck is early 2011 model and the prior years were WT/LG to WT/WR. After lots of disassembly and and reassembly and seeing WT/WR at my back up lights I am thinking I may fall under 2010 instructions. I have 2.8V at the connector on the stereo, how much should I have?

Did you flash it so the truck knows the camera is installed?

I think I remember reading quite a while ago that the directions were wrong for the wiring, but I'm pretty sure it was referencing a 2012, but you may be correct in thinking you need the WT/RD in cavity 5

Wanted to post a follow up. The instructions are incorrect for wiring a 2011, i found this out when i turned my lights on a backed up, camera works, just have to find the correct wire to splice into now.
