I have a tick when the truck goes in to the cylinder shut down you can get it to do it with just little gas applied. the dealer has replaced mds solenoids under the intake but it's still making the sound it sound like a card in a bike spoke. They can't figure out what's wrong

Does it do it at cold start? My hemi did that. I had broken head bolts on both manifolds. Hope u get it figured out.

Only dose it when you have been driving it when the trucks hot.they already did the manifolds

This is normal i am prty sure its the cam phaser and lifters deal with it or disable mds like the rest of us it really does not save you much $$ its a trash failed design.

Is this the noise? 0:28.

yes that is MDS kicking in my truck did this til i tuned out MDS.
