muffled exhaust brake on 2017 cummins 4x4 crew cab

is the exhaust brake on 2017 dodge ram cummins 2500 muffled? i see various areas / towns that say Unmuffled exhaust brake use is prohibited.

Are there any issues / problems by using exhaust brake in normal driving when NOT towing my 33 ft. 5th wheel RV?

I love the way I don't need to tap brakes when needing to slow down a bit when traffic in front of me slows up as Xhaust Brake kicks in to slower speed when reducing pressure on gas pedal.

That exhaust brake sign is meant for 18 wheelers with straight pipes. Nothing for you to worry about. As far as the quietness of your truck is the big bus muffler under it.
2nd question: no it won't hurt it if you use the "Jake Brake" while not towing.
