Multiple intermittent warning lights

Started with a check engine light. Then a Battery light. Now following new sparkplugs, PCM and wiring harness replacement and cam shaft and selected lifter replacement I'm getting the Service 4 Wheel Drive, LIght Towing Electric Brake disconnected, Stability Control Warning, Electronic Throttle Control Warning (only occurred once), and the cruise control won't lock in. Sometimes when I start they are all clear but usually come back within a mile or so of driving. Anyone have ideas of what might be common and how to fix? Thanks.

Have your battery load tested .

Get a good load test done. These vehicles are VERY power and voltage dependant. A weak battery will cause a raft of issues. Check that all your fuses are properly seated by pushing down gently on each fuse. Very common for over half to be not completely seated, and this can cause random errors and glitches. Check the alternator out put. If it isn't lowvoltage/amperage then diagnostic steps become more complicated, but I am betting it is not enough voltage/current.

How many miles on the truck? Could be something as crazy as a 'Clock Spring' going south.
