My 2021 1500 has a new battery that resolved the EBrake lockup.
Now is throwing "Service Electronic Stability Control", "Service Electronic Throttle Control" messages with Check Engine Light and would be in limp mode until I puled over.
Turning off and waiting for a minute would clear limp and 'Service' messages but Check engine light remained.
After a few cycles of this I noticed while exiting vehicle it would give me a Chime warning to turn lights to OFF from Auto mode.
This cluster of electronic issues especially with a new battery has me concerned about major issue.
Anyone else having similar issues?

It is possible you have a bad battery, although new.

I would closely check the battery terminal cable ends, and ensure the connectors are clean and tight.

A defective battery is the common cause of a DTC storm. Sometimes a new battery has one flaky cell that will create havoc, but only under a significant load.

A toaster-style battery load tester, such as this $18 device from HarbourFreight, will provide definitive test results.

If the battery passes the above test, the next step is to investigate a locked-on module.
An ABS module is notorious for going berserk and spewing garbage onto the CAN bus, causing a lack of connectivity to other modules and erratic failures such as the speedo or EPS.

I had the experience this past spring where the only solution was re-initializing the ABS module.

A bad ground, B+, a dirty connector on a module, are all conditions that could cause a module to get crazy and cause these types of issues. These are less likely on a '21 in a warm area without salt on the roads.
