Was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have an 06 3rd gen 5.7 hemi it has a p0300 code (multiple misfire) a p0131, and a p0132. No power sputters and back fires but idles fine it only misfires during acceleration. All the o2s are brand new and I've checked all the plugs coils, rebuilt the injectors and checked fuel psi at the rail. My question I guess is should I lean more toward the MDS system or the PCM.

Did you do a compression test? how many miles on it? could be many things but start there. If thats good re confirm coils are good and you said rebuilt injectors?

Compression tested all good. About 150k miles. I've confirmed coils multiple times times and the injectors I pulled each and replaced orings, screens and visually inspected for cracks.
