Ok gentlemen, I have a '13 White Ram Express. looking to dress it up a bit but don't want to go overboard financially. I'm not sure what to do. If I lift I don't want anything to extreme, nothing above 3 or 4". Also These stock Goodyear tires are junk!! So If you could please recommend a set up that you think might be to my liking I would appreciate it. What has worked for you guys?

RCX 3.75 combo lift and 35s ? It's cheap and not a overly hard install but you will have a rear rake unless u choose a smaller rear spacer say, .75 inch. I love mine but the 2.5 part is being swapped for a 6 inch suspension this weekend. But all in all I love the 3.75 got plenty of good comments on it.

You can go wrong with Rough Country and Hell Bent Steel lift kits. For the tire size, 35 is a popular choice.

And for tires, I'd look at the Nitto's and Toyo's.

Seems that the RCX 4" and 6" suspension lifts are pretty popular here. I'm planning on installing one myself. Never been a fan of body lifts. Then you can get some 1/4" wheel spacers on throw on some 35's. I'm pretty partial to Nitto Trail Grapplers and Toyo MTs.

Toyo MTs with a Zone 4" suspension lift would be my suggestion. Also look into the Fuel and XD wheel websites as they have an option for you to build your truck and then put the wheels on it to see what it looks like.

A lot of it might depend on your budget. I didn't want to break the bank as I have kids and other expensive hobbies, lol.

I like my setup. Bilstein 5100's at 2.8" up front with 1.75" rear coil spacers, 3" body lift and 325/60R20 (35's) Terra Grapplers. Love how it looks and how it rides.
