Ok. Got the torque specs from dealer and nut size. The half shaft nut is a 1 3/8. Just want to make sure this looks right in the pic. Plus I posted torque specs.

Damn! That sucks !
When I installed mine I researched the tq specs and I found many for the uca Balljoint from 48 +90° to 50 - 150 ft lbs ? Even got two diff answers from diff techs at dealership ?
I settled @ 90ftlbs & I had no issues , after 1,000 miles I tq checked everything for the install and nothing moved and so far with Mevotecs & Bils @2.8 " and about 8,500 miles no issues at all . I run it pretty hard sometimes in 4x4 if needed during deer season , so far very happy with the level .
Sorry to hear of your situation Sir !

Update: got the new knuckle on and torqued right. Looks good. But now I'm wondering if by tightening the other side to tight I messed up that one. Look at the pics and you can see a difference. The drivers looks ok. But other one looks mushed. I put more grease it it and after the test drive it pushed some out. What do you think.

As far as the grease I think your fine , so long as more went in than is coming out .
If your concerned send a picture to Mevotech and see what they say and post it here .

Did you loosen the other sides Balljoint and torque it to a lower setting ?

Looks like most of the grease is oozing out of the zert fitting , that's just the ball & spring not seating well , you can just change the fitting .
The grease oozing from the outside diameter of the ball joint may or may not be of concern . Mine do not do that . I'd see what Mevotec has to say ...
My thought is if grease can get out then debris and water can get in either way the OEM ones you couldn't even grease , so there's that ...

Hope this helps !

I did loosen and torque to proper setting. But I think that since I had it atm120 it might have spread the opening of my knuckle and that's why it appears to be in a bind and causing it to push grease back out.
I will send pic to mevotech and see what they say. Do I need an alignment?

I'd say yes on the alignment , cheep insurance imo for the knuckle change , I wouldn't think you would need an alignment if you end up changing the UCA with the same type.

Ive always read that 2013+ need aftermarket UCA's when raising the front end. Some say they dont have issues but something changed from 12 to 13 and most do

hope it all works out for you

Kinda blurry but that grease is coming from a hole in the boot. I just wiped it off and it oozed out that much. Oh well. New one on the way from rock auto. Still no answer from mevotech customer support.
Truck is on a lift, ready for new parts

lol, no luck at all. i had to send a second email to Mevotech and finnally got a reply.
"You will have to make a warranty claim through the original point of purchase.
To initiate your claim please contact Rockauto through their Order status & returns page. Once you have filed the necessary documentation with them they will forward your claim to us and have your parts sent in for investigation
."
i've done this already and my new UCA should be here tomorrow. Hopefully i can get this done and aligned, and be done with it for awhile.
