Probably not a bad deal. The body looks really good on it. My uncle has a 98 or 99 and the salt has disintegrated it. He's putting 3000 just into body work because he likes the truck.

Thanks, yeah the body is in very good shape, hardly any dings, it's all stock has a 1.5 in factory lift which makes me think it has the off road package, I also got him down to 3000$ with the tool box, I think it's a good deal.

I think $3k is a good deal pending it doesn't need a lot of work under it.
180K is a lot of miles if it's got a stock transmission.

Also front end parts are known to wear. Ball joints, tie rod's, steering gear box, ect. Just somethin to keep in mind. Looks like a clean truck, good luck!

It's probably about time for a new oil pump and timing chain as well. Those were 100K items in my '94. They are good trucks for their time, seems like $3000 is a good price.

Looks good, but I would want details on these:

Dont have any time to fix it up

Small minor work needed

These are typically red flags in a used-car CL ad. "Minor work" may equal tranny rebuild, etc.

Yes it needs a new ac condenser installed, and a new tranny fluid pan gasket. Everything else is as clean and runs like a top has paper work on brakes battery tires rear end installed last year.
