Well I finally made the plunge. The old Tahoe had run its course, I had that thing 9 years, it was time. I really hadn't intended on buying new, but given how much used pickups cost for an extra 5-6 grand I got what I REALLY wanted.

11 Quad Cab SLT w/5.7
Big Horn 4x4
Luxury package w/remote start
Bucket seats (liked the console shift)
430 audio w/UConnect
blah blah blah

I haven't been able to mess around with it much because the weather sucks and my garage isn't big enough to do any checking out of all the gadgets. To be honest the stereo I didn't really want but it was there and it was the only one close to what I wanted on the lot. I'll post pictures tomorrow too, weather is supposed to be nice.

First steps are going to be adding a bed rug, tonneau cover of some sort (bakflip perhaps) and some step bars.

I did not buy the lifetime warranty, that was another $2800. Is that something I should buy? I plan on keeping this thing for a long time.

Any better warranties than the Chrysler one as far as price goes?

ramhunter I'll get the pics up tomorrow. Didn't even get to take a pic today after I got it home due to the rain.

Here are pics, let me know if they don't work. They should be visible to anyone.

Now I just need to figure out how to program the garage remote. I messed around with it for 30 minutes and couldn't get it to work. Being an IT guy it's embarrassing not to figure out a gadget. If anyone has some tips that would be awesome.

welcome to the forum and to owning a ram.
it's a nice truck, and in my opinion...that second picture, of the interior, is a money shot.
