i have a 2012 ram 1500 sport with the RES uconnect system, i want to upgrade to a factory navi unit, i have access to an rer system out of a chrysler 300, will that work? im so lost and any help would be greatly appriciated

Unfortunately, no, the 300's use what they call a low speed CANBUS, Ram's a take high speed. You'll need a mygig out of another Ram, minivan, Nitro, Liberty or Wrangler. They all are high speed.
