Hi All,
I'm in the middle of a radio upgrade from the factory 8.3 unit to a unit that is capable of running Android Auto. My challenge is getting the UConnect onto the device. Is this possible? Can I install the Mopar overlay for Android auto (with uConnect) or do I have to have MOPAR equipment?
The only other challenge is actually wiring up the backup camera. Do I have to drill a hole in the cab to route it to the rear? The camera is already installed in the tailgate handle, and the head unit looks for it when I shift into reverse.
