I was tired of seeing nice trucks with cheap shocks, drop mounts and body lifts on 20'' fake beadlock rims... 9 out of 10 custom trucks i see have the same variation of local truck shop parts. So one day I was surfing the internets hammered drunk, sitin' naked in a beanbag chair eatin' Cheetos, when i came across a pic of a Ram Runner... I was blown away by how it looked and performed compared to the Ford Raptor, especially in the lap times and top speed off road. One week later I traded in my '08 Silverado and had the keys to a brand new 2012 Sport 1500 went on a shopping spree at the Kore Performance online store and elsewhere. Im a welder/fitter so hacking shock mounts and welding new ones on was a walk in the park for me, and some help from my dad, his shop and service truck. KORE did an amazing job putting together this easy to instal kit, rides way better, feels better, looks better than stock.... but like i always say, you get what you pay for! same being said about the set of Method Race wheels custom forged beadlock rims it now rolls on... when in doubt, get the very best!! Its almost finished except for the fibreglass needs to be LineXed, painted and installed. Also going to install a 50'' Rigid bar on top of the windshield, with two 30'' rigid bars and two square lights in the front bumper with a stealth rear bumper and rear tire carrier, powdercoat the shock tower brace, intake pipe, and dash vent covers green. But here are some pics to drool over for now.
