I am glad to read of your interest in Ram.

The "Build and Price" is a great tool for searching dealer inventory for
your vehicle of choice but it is not designed as a vehicle ordering
tool. Since the factory order system of models, options and colors may
change often, what you "Build and Price" may not match what is available
in the factory order system.

When ordering a vehicle from the factory, the order is subject to the
available features and options within a particular model and trim level.
Not all features and options may be available when ordered in
conjunction with other features and options.

Ultimately, you cannot purchase a vehicle using the Build and Price and
you must verify with your preferred Ram dealer as to the available
features and options within the factory order system.

With regard to towing, I will provide a link to the Ram Body Builder for
all models, features and towing capacities for all Ram trucks so that
you may see the towing capacities of vehicles with specific features and

Our best suggestion would be for you to keep in contact with your
preferred Ram dealership as the ordering system changes on a frequent
basis. Your preferred Ram dealership will be first informed as to when
they are capable of placing an order on your behalf and are the best

Hello. Im looking to possibly trade in a truck and I was on the towing
guide
of rams site. It is not working correctly. I have added a link where
several people on ram forums are agreeing. Also, whenbuilding a truck/
adding options it will make you delete things that you shouldnt have
to.
Please contact me to resolve this since its hard to purchase a vehicle
this
