With a used Panasonic touchpad head. Everything else works, just no maps come up.

Did you buy it new? If so take it back, If not you might be out of luck.

What did you replace and what did you replace it with?

What did you have originally?
Was the NAV working 100% before the swap?
How long have you owned the truck and has the NAV always functioned correctly?
What is the part number/model # of the Panasonic unit installed?

Bet the "new" head is not a Nav capable one.

Can you post a picture of the new one (front and back if you have it)? Did you replace a factory radio?
