2017 Dodge Ram 1500
My navigation has not been working correctly for some time. I have brought it into the dealer and they have updated the system both times. Here are the problems:
1) The voice commands do not work correctly. I tell it to find an address in Florida and it tries to take me to Texas or some other state. the dealer said put the address in, in pieces even through it asks for the full address. that still does not work. It keeps trying to take me to other towns or other states.
2) When i manually input the address, it tries to make me turn into oncoming traffic, tells me im driving on the water when when im on a bridge and it keeps telling me to turn around.
Anyone else have this problem? I feel like i paid enough for this truck that i shouldent have to use google maps on my phone.
I have multiple videos of this problem and it seems to be much worse when i am driving and giving commands
