Navigation system (uconnect?)

My 2013 8.4AN has the same issues and hasn’t had an update available on the uconnect website for over 2 years. I think they stopped supporting older radios as my 2016 Chrysler 300 has updates still

What phone and what version of Android are you using? Mine works fine. LG G7 thinq Android 9

AA version...

We both have LG6 phones now, but these problems may have been back when I had a Samsung Note4. Once I get a "bad taste in my mouth" over something, I'm loath to repeat it. Besides, it's just so much more convenient to use Waze over bluetooth and not have a cable to deal with.
