I have a 2009 Ram crew cab SLT. The A/C is stuck blowing through the defrost (upper) vents. I know this seem to b a fairly common issue. My question is......is this generally a broken door or the actuator if it is the actuator which one do I need to replace (location). I know they are on the box, but there are 3 of them there that are pretty close to each other.

The face/defrost actuator is behind the centre bezel on the instrument panel. After you remove that there will be two actuators visible. It will be the top left one.
