Need Hardware List for Warlock/Rebel Front End Conversion

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic I am adding the warlock package to. I've got all the OEM parts in my shopping cart but the hardware. Since I have the chrome lower bumper with white fascia I have to order all new brackets, etc to convert.
I have part numbers listed below just not the quantity needed. If anyone knows these quantities it would be greatly appreciated (otherwise I'm going to have to order all main components and re-order hardware after I get a count).
