THIS TRUCK IS ******* ME OFF!!!! IM SERIOUSLY ABOUT TO THROW A GRENADE IN THE MOTOR..... so heres the issue if i start it in the morning after a weather change (hot to cold or whatever) itll start then stall out and if i dont keep my foot on the gas itll stall out. going down the road if i come to a light within 2 miles when i push the clutch in itll stall out. i have replaced the IAC, MAP, BOTH O2 SENSORS, INATKE AIR TEMP, FUEL PUMP (died on me), TPS, DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR, SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES, IGNITION COIL, THROTTLE BODY GASKET. the only thing i havent checked is the barometric pressure reading. everytime i hook it up to my buddies genysis the sesnor readings are in in spec. the problem is that the issue is so random that i can never get it to happen when i want it to, so it makes it real freaking hard to see whats not right. if anybody has had this issue help is really appreciated cause its really ******* me off.

Could it be the distributor? I know you did the cap but what about the whole thing.

see the weird thing is... theres a f150 in the shop ( i work for a ford dealer) doing the exact same BS, they replaced everything except the PCM which houses the Barometric pressure sensor. and given the circumstances that this problem occurs under it makes sense that barometric pressure may be an issue
