I Changed The T-Stat On My Truck Yeaterday To A
180 Degree I lost About A Gallon Of Coolent
So I Toped It Off With Preston
I Was Told That Was A Bad Idea

The Coolent It Needs Is OAT

NoBody Carrys It Besides Dodge Dealer
They Are Closed Untill Monday

What Should I Do Untill Then
My Only Car So Need To Fix

Dodge Told Me The Mixture Of Coolent Will Turn To Jelly
Over Time....Can Somebody Please Help
What Do I Do Untill Monday???

That's strange, my local NAPA had it at the counter front and center. Have you checked different locations? I also saw OReillys had it but I didn't bother with them.

I'm not a 100% but I believe it should be fine to use. I can't imagine they changed it much if at all since last year.

Another vote for topping off with distilled water.
With temps as high as they are you'll be just fine with more water in the mix for a few days.

Water should be fine. The 2013's use a new OAT purple coolant which is not the same as previous year coolants which was HOAT coolant.
